Our project department is responsible for the selection and profiles of our brand  ambassadors. They are all selected based on their communication skills and appereances. Within this group of promotors we strive to coach these youngsters to a senior role as a teamleader, quality manager internal projectleader or even to a new communication job elsewhere. We call this “De Kweekvijver”. Our present projectleaders, salesteam and even our management team have years of experience in the field.
